Energitology is a philosophy and personal-growth practice inspired by the language of physics. We want to be very clear about what that means.
Metaphor, not science
Words like energy, frequency, wave, resonance and plane are used poetically, as images for reflection. Energitology does not claim to measure a person's energy, to change physical reality through thought, or to offer scientific proof of spiritual ideas. Where we mention real physics, it is as inspiration. Our Science & Metaphor page explains where the line sits.
Not medical or psychological care
Nothing on this site, in our quiz, guides, audio or emails is medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for care from a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional. Do not stop or change any treatment because of anything you read or hear here. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, please contact local emergency services, or in Canada and the United States call or text 988.
Audio safety
Some tracks include binaural tones. Listen at a comfortable, low volume, and never while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that needs your full attention. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a heart condition or are pregnant, please check with your doctor before using tones or breathing practices. Stop any practice that makes you feel unwell.

The quiz is a reflective tool, not a psychological assessment. Your result describes where your attention may be resting right now; it is not a diagnosis or a fixed label.

Experiences vary from person to person. We do not promise any particular result in health, relationships, finances or anything else. You remain responsible for your own choices.
Religion and belief
Energitology is not a religion and does not ask you to adopt or abandon any faith. People of every belief and none are welcome.
