These terms apply when you use energitology.org or buy an Energitology product. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.
What Energitology is, and is not
Energitology is a philosophy and personal-growth practice that uses the language of physics as metaphor. Our writing, quizzes, audio and emails are for reflection, relaxation and general wellness only. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace care from a qualified professional. Experiences vary and no particular outcome is promised. Please read the full disclaimer.
Products and prices
- The Energitology Program is a one-time digital purchase: a PDF guide, six audio tracks and twelve weekly guide emails.
- The Resonance Letter is a monthly digital subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. After payment, your downloads appear on the thank-you page and, once email delivery is active, a copy of your links is sent to the email you used at checkout. Download links are personal and time-limited; your personal downloads page can generate fresh links. If anything does not arrive, send us a message and we will help.
Cancelling the Resonance Letter
You can cancel any time on our Manage subscription page: enter your email and we will send you a secure link to your billing page. You can also contact us and we will cancel it for you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
See our refund policy. In short: the Program is delivered week by week and can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the complete guide and audio have not been downloaded, once per person; technical problems and double charges are always put right; the Resonance Letter can be cancelled any time, with no refunds for partial months.
Licence
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own practice. Please do not share, resell, publish or redistribute the files, audio or emails. All content on this site is the property of Energitology and is protected by copyright.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people's downloads, or interfere with its operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
