It is reasonable to ask what a practice means, where it ends, and how it is run. Here are the answers without a veil.
Is Energitology a religion?
No. It has no deity, doctrine, clergy, worship, membership, tithes, or conversion. You can practise it alongside any faith or none.
Do I need to believe anything?
No. Treat the ideas as invitations. Keep what helps you pay attention and leave what does not.
Is it scientific?
It is inspired by science, not a science. Physics appears as metaphor and inspiration, never as proof of personal-growth claims.
Is Energitology quantum?
No. Energitology is not a quantum theory and makes no quantum claims. We borrow a few quantum ideas, such as superposition and wave–particle duality, as clearly labelled metaphors for growth, and we say plainly what the physics does not support. Read What about quantum physics?
Can I practise it alongside my faith?
Yes. Energitology asks for no conversion and makes room for religious, spiritual, uncertain, and secular lives.
Is this therapy or medical help?
No. It is for reflection, relaxation, and general wellness, not medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please speak with a qualified professional about a health concern.
Who is behind Energitology?
Energitology is an independent personal-growth project, written and produced by a small independent team in Ontario, Canada. It is a for-profit project that sells a few digital products to keep the lights on; it is not a church or a charity.
What does it cost?
The Frequency Map and Starter guide are free. There is an optional 12-week Program and an optional monthly Resonance Letter; their pages explain the current price plainly.
Do I need an account?
No. Digital product links arrive by email and on the thank-you page.
What happens to my quiz answers?
They stay in your browser. Only the information you choose to submit with the starter form is stored; see the privacy policy for details.
What is your refund policy?
The Program can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, as long as the complete guide and audio have not been downloaded, once per person. Technical problems and double charges are always put right. See the refund policy. The Resonance Letter can be cancelled any time and stops at the end of the paid month.

Before you begin
You may use the free Frequency Map without creating an account. It is a set of reflective questions, not a test you can pass or fail. Your answers remain in your browser unless you choose to submit the form for the result and Starter guide. The optional Program and Letter are digital products, and their pages explain what is included, what they cost, and how refunds and cancellation work.
We try to keep the practical details as calm as the philosophy. There are no countdowns, hidden levels, or claims that a purchase will change your life. If you write to us, a real person will read the message and answer as clearly as possible. If something here is not for you, you can leave without an explanation.
A final invitation
Questions are welcome even after you begin. You can return to the FAQ, read the science boundary again, or simply take a walk and let an answer arrive slowly. The Frequency Map is one doorway into the work; attention itself is the room.
The same boundary applies to the audio library and written exercises. They may help you make a pause, focus for a while, or create a gentler end to the day, but experiences differ. Listen at a comfortable, low volume, never while driving, and stop if something feels unpleasant. If you have a hearing condition or epilepsy, check with a qualified professional before using binaural tracks.
Privacy questions are welcome too. We collect only what is needed to deliver a guide, provide a purchase, remember consent, or answer support.
